I’m Rachel, owner of Woodlands Myofascial. My own healing journey began in an unexpected setting—a bustling kitchen, where I worked passionately as a chef. For years, I dedicated myself to creating dishes that brought happiness to others, finding joy in the rhythm, creativity, and connection of my work. But life had other plans. A seemingly small fall led to a cascade of challenges, and I found myself facing chronic pain that lingered for 15 long years. Those years were filled with searching and frustration, as traditional treatments often provided little clarity or meaningful relief.

Everything changed the day I discovered the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release.
